Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor

 

Self-Portraitti

Inspired by my favorite photorealism artist Chuck Close and his infamous Self-Portraits series from 1967-2005. When I was 16, I used to visit the Walker Art Center on weekends and was always infatuated with Close’s attention to detail considering he suffers from Prosopagnosia.

Flat Black Krylon 10z 1000A Spray Paint 

Xacto Knife Soft Grip

50lbs Sparo Ultra-Thick Art Paper

Wax-O Stencil Paper

Photoshop CS5 (for creating outlines)

Cutting Board
