Balsamiqs is truly a phenomenal web application if you’re doing early-stage wireframing and UX/UI design for webpages or mobile applications.

Its super clean, easy to use, and emulates sketching freehand (which I love to do). You can easily skin all your Balsamiq wireframes with CS3 and Photoshop using Napkee.

Even better…..Valerie and Peldi (founders of Balsamiq) are genuinely helpful and are available at almost all hours of the day. Peldi once responded to a question I had on Skype Chat at 9:30am EST (they’re on Pacific time). You know these guys are awesome when the founders are the people answering customer service inquiries!
